Harvey's Donuts is a family-based business located in beautiful Sonoma, California. For the past 10 years, we have been serving the surrounding Bay Area, from the Wine Country to the Silicon Valley using a vintage 30-year-old donut machine to make our donuts hot on the spot. At Harvey's Donuts, we strive to bring memorable moments to every occasion with our customer service, willingness to go above and beyond, and the ability to be the least of your stresses on the day of your event. We serve smiles!

Now in 2020, Harvey and his team have worked hard to bring to the public their first retail location. Located in a cool funky gem of a building in Sonoma, once the Sonoma Water Department, turned Montesorri School and then the home of Wild Thyme Catering for more that 20 years, another family based business who brought food, music, and atmosphere to an underrated location in the heart of Sonoma Valley. Offering a beautiful courtyard setting and family-friendly environment everyone is welcome to experience what Harvey's has to offer.

Harvey's Gourmet Donut Bar is all-inclusive. Our base fee includes 100 servings, the donut machine, toppings, staff, tables and linens
Do your donuts come pre-made?
No, we use an indoor rated vintage donut machine to cook our donuts on-site, then we hand decorate all of our donuts for your guests to enjoy hot
How many donuts are in a serving?
There are 3 donuts per serving.
How are your donuts served?
Our donuts are served in a decorative paper cone, in a coordinating color of your choice. Guests can "grab-n-go" pre-decorated servings presented in a cone rack or compose their own combination from the menu.
What's on the menu?
We always provide our classic menu: Cinnamon & Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Sugar Glaze, Chocolate Glaze, the Glaze of the Week, Rainbow and Chocolate Sprinkles. Interested in other toppings, just ask, we have a myriad of fun stuff!
How long do you serve?
We stay for time or number of servings, whichever comes first.
If my guests eat the contracted servings, can we get more?
Yes. We always bring double the amount of mix needed, so you have the choice to purchase more servings on the spot or close down the donut bar.
Can you set up indoors?
Yes, our donut machine is rated UL197 and can be operated indoors. There is no open flame because the machine is electric. We always carry a "K" Kitchen Fire Extinguisher. Need more specs, we got em!
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, we have a propane machine that is perfect for setting up outdoors!
What kind of power do you need?
Our Donut Bar requires one dedicated 20 amp outlet for the donut machine and one 15 amp outlet to run our mixer and small lights.
What if power cannot be provided?
If operating outdoors, we have a generator available to rent for an additional fee. If operating indoors, and no power is available, your production team will need to drop a spider box near our station. Power can be no more than 50ft away.
Can you help me figure out if my venue has the necessary power?
Of course! We'd be happy to help, just ask!
Do you bring your own tables and linens?
Yes, we always provide our own tables and black linens.
What if I don't want black linens?
No problem! We just ask that you please provide the linens of your choice
What kind of oil do you use?
We use a creamy soy oil that contains No Sugar, No Cholesterol, No Sodium and No Trans Fats
Do you protect the floor?
Yes, we always bring a tarp (hidden from view) to protect your floors from oil and sugar and we always tape down our cords to prevent any tripping hazard.
Do you have a travel fee?
Yes, we do charge a small travel fee to your venue. Gas and bridge fare and nothing more.
